Chips to P

I always enjoy seeing new players do well at our games. While this was not Pereze's first outing, it is his first time in the winner's circle and finishing in the cash. The game went his was early and Pereze never relinquished his hold on the game. He had a massive chip stack going into his showdown with Dame. Dame was able to turn the tide nearly even at one point after a fantastic quad 7's double up, but after that had he just got a streak of cold cards that became too consistent to overcome. Good job, P!!!!

In game 2 Tino convinced Kate to play and consequently, it would be she and Tino in the eventual showdown. Tino's chip stack was pretty much insurmountable for the latter parts of the game. Kate would need to double up maybe 3-4 times, just to pull even. In the end, she could not find the luck she needed to overcome Tino's great game. Great game from Tino and Kate!
