In a field of seven, Dre outlasted, dominated, and then counterfeited the competition, steamrolling his way to the promised land. This was his second invitational tournament and it was all he needed to enter the coveted hall.

The other story of the evening was about how Dre denied Pierre that elusive championship (again) but this isn't about that.
